Since ATI stated that its Catalyst 3.0 drivers are the first to officially support DirectX 9, so I downloaded and installed it. But a host of problems came up. First of all, my AGP port is disabled, I cannot run DxDiag tests, and most of my games, including UT2003 and Medal of Honor started to crash, and upon crashing, my computer would just reset. So I revereted back to the older drivers, and everything goes back to normal. By the way, I am using a Radeon 9700, the non-Pro version. So did anyone else experience problems after upgrading to Catalyst 3.0? If so, did u ever fix it? And how? Thanks.
PS: I installed DirectX 9 prior to this.

The early Cat 3 drivers were withdrawn because they were more full of holes than a Swiss cheese. There are new ones available now which seem to work fine. I would suggest downloading those.
