Yes! It is Drowned dead, and you stole it away from Kam.

Drowned Dead are possibly the ugliest creatures to set foot in a game. They are slow and deformed, but very strong opponents or allies. They use their fists as weapons, and this is like a brick because inside them, they are water-logged, so they are that much heavier. In IWDII, you can actually summon them via animate dead, and they fight for your side. They have high resistances and almost like stone-skin.

If you are of weak stomach, turn away.
