This is exactly what happened when garaz was awarded Bullette as word 1.

Kangaxx is the lich in BGII:SoA and he is considered as the hardest opponent of BGII:SoA. He basically has 2 lives you must kill. One in his lich form and one in demi-lich form. And all this for the ring of Gaxx...one of the best items of the game.

Yes. Absolutely.

And a skeleton is the most common undead creature. They come in all shapes and sizes and levels. They can be very low level and can have decent skills in any weapon class. They can get to be a very high level aswell, if you are dealing with champions. Any RPG thats an RPG has at least 1 skeleton in it.
