Yes. And that is impressive, I must say.

The planar sphere landed in the slums district of Athkatla and once you get inside it, via Valygar, it can take you to many different planes where you can battle many different planar creatures. And this transportation device is a sphere, hence the name "Planar" and "Sphere" to make planar sphere.

Holy crap!

A fire giant is a giant that has abilities dealing with fire. They are large and do a truckload of damage, and do it with fire damage. They can easily kill high level characters if they gang up on them.
