Where do I find the Wraithguard???

Vivec has it, follow main quest to get it or:

You can get this gauntlet from two different ways.
One, follow the main quest and Vivec will give them to you.
Two, kill Vivec and get Kagrenac's Planbook and Journals
from Tureynulal and Endusal, one is a dwemer ruin northeast
of Dagoth Ur, the other one is southwest of Dagoth Ur.

On ceratain conditions one may get the Wraithguard without killing Vivec and witout solving all the main storyline quests (so although you win you do not fullfill the prophecies), there's some point in main storyline you must reach, though.
