Has anyone ever found a use for the dagger found in the Excise office in Seyda Neen? The one with the note pinned underneath.
I talked to everyone in an attempt to use the note to trigger a quest but nothing.
Is there no purpose to the note?

No, I have not found any use for his dagger. I did solve his quest though.

Could you elaborate on that? How do you get the quest?

You are refering to Fargoth's Gold quest? Yeah, I got that one too.
@Mordor: If you haven't done that one yourself, just ask him about "Fargoth's gold". It's a chat option in the dialog box.

Ah! That one. All right, I have already done it. I am just bad at names, especially in Morrowind. I did not remember it is Hrisskar who gives you the quest. Thanks.

Yes, I was referring to Fargoth's quest. I should have been more specific.
