Can you access the videos without having to open the game?

I want to be able to watch them with out having to use the game and to play thorugh a different player. But I cannot find them. Where are they? Can you even access them?

You can view the videos as self-playing EXE files using a program called MVE2EXE. Alternatively, I have a feeling Near Infinity may be capable of playing them.
