New Expansion
Wow! Those screenshots that Gwendri recently posted for the NWN Expansion "Shadows of Undrentide" sure look cool! The Anauroch Desert! Wow!
That there; exactly the kinda diversion we coulda used.
Knowing the gaming industry it will be late by a month but what do ya know.... they might even give a correct date for once.... I justhope I'll finish the single player campain by then......

I just hope that they do not rush it out the way they did with the original game I would rather wait longer and play a reasonably bug free game for which a --often equally
probelmatic-- patch appears every couple of weeks...
But yes, the shots look very cool

I'm not getting the expansion pack for the campain, but for the extra stuff that is to be added to the tool set so that you can create even more stuff , and play fan created modules....Originally posted by Gaxx_Firkraag
I probably won't be getting it...NWN wasn't worth the money I paid (Argyle is the only reason I still play) for it. I didn't even finish the official campaign...

Just noted:
Neverwinter Nights: Shadows of Undrentide will now feature 5 prestige classes, as opposed to the originally planned 2. Due to popular demand, here are the currently planned prestige classes:
Arcane Archer
Assassin
Blackguard
Harper Scout
Shadowdancer

A Bioware Communications Associate posted it up on the Bioware SoU forum yesterday. Someone else also described the prestige classes as:
Arcane Archer - archer who uses magic abilities to give ranged attacks more power.
Assassin - evil rogue who can poison blades and generally do some nasty damage to unsuspecting foes.
Blackguard - evil Paladin
Harper Scout - already discussed - but basically a scout type (ranger, bard, etc..) who has limited arcane abilites and some nice saving throw bonuses. Can't be evil
Shadowdancer - like an acrobat/thief/fighter - they can move magically between shadows - sneaky stuff.
