Bgii ^ 3e?

Post by Kemadrin »

Greetings.

Just a quick question. I am currently playing Icewind Dale II, and I'm enjoying it so much, I'm gonna play BGII again when I finish it, but just wondering...Are there any mods or such that bring BGII up to the same level of 3rd Edition rule support as IDII?

Thanks, ;)

Nope. No 3rd edition rule convertions for BG2, and I can't say I'm sorry :)

BTW, great idea to replay it. It's the best RPG money can buy, IMHO.

Well, Bloodmist, thanx for the reply.

I've bought and played BG, BGII, ID, IDII and Planescape:Torment (but havent played that yet!), and also Neverwinter Nights. Once I got over the initial wonder at NWN, I realized I actually ENJOY these old-style Infinity Engine games more!

Am I wierd?

I've never tried IWD... but I own all the others, and I can say that you are definetly normal. There's nothing like a good ol' run of Infinty Engine games. ;)

I concur. I've had Neverwinter Nights installed for a month or so before I got tired of waiting for quality mods.
I would undoubtedly prefer the former...or the latter.
