When I am about to complete the Planar Sphere quest, I am to choose wether to bring Lavok outside it for the last time, as he asks, or not. If I help him, all the chars get 45k xp but he just dies. Instead, if I choose to leave him die there he passes me the control of the Sphere (like if I wouldn't have taken it myself once he was died ) but I get no xp. Is there a way to get both the Sphere and the xp ? Yeah, I'm greedy

You can use CLUAConsole to change the Stronghold variable, so that Lavok will think that you haven't got a stronghold yet. Press CTRL+SPACE and type in:
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("PlayerHasStronghold","GLOBAL",0)
Make sure debug mode is enabled by putting: "Debug Mode=1" into the Baldur.ini file, under [Program Options].

Because there is a bug in his script where he 'forget' to check the whether you have a stronghold or not, if you refuse to take him outside. This is fixed with Kevin Dorner's patch, as well as many other bugs within the game.
