I guess it was a little anti-climactic...By the time I reached the end my guys were sooooo over powered that I utterly crushed the final battle without barely breaking a sweat....
Didn't even have to use most of my quest level spells.....ho hum.
Just finished ToB.....

And did you use any advice posted here, or any strategy guides, or reload at any point in time when your team was getting turned into goulash? Did you use the normal difficulty setting? If so, it's a lot harder without prior help, reloaded games, and high difficulty settings.

Fable....Did not read any of the strategy guides for ToB....Did for SoA though, so I had a pretty good idea on some of the strategy.....Not too many reloads though....I was never in much trouble.....I play core rules....I'll try bumping up the difficulty level.
Most of the major battles were just kind of dissapointing....I mean, I think that Balthazar lasted something like 10 seconds.....Abazagal was easy.....Sendai took a while because of her tactics, but was never in major trouble.....I even beat the toughest battle in Watcher's Keep and had to resurrect only one person.....
Not being boastful....Just did what seemed natural....Summonings, whirlwind attacks, time stops, lots of breach and true seeing.....Made sure that I went out of my way to gather all the cool weapons.

Definately install Ascention, changes things quite dramatically and a better ending IMO. Install some mods (valen, tashia and sola come to mind) each of those has difficult battles in them that require some major re-thinking of tactics
There's lots of improved battles you can download which will make things a lot harder for you.
As some ppl have said, try going solo or a class your not so proficient at while bumping up the difficulty level.

Makes sense.
