Can I bye a Magica regenerating scrool or spell? Where?
In that case I can get a super-cool constant effect item...

there are numerous plugins from fans that give you items that restore magicka,,, and alchemy can give you potions...

but cjdevito made for me almost a year ago a plugin that gives you the spell...

install this...

just talk to the balmora mage guild teleportation lady, the person who can teleport you to vivec, sadrith mora, etc...

she has a restore magicka spell, get it, and make an item...

Just keep in mind that restore magicka spell or an item is real supercheesy

and with it you're going to play almost completely another game.
From the other side with that power in alchemy you're going never need the spell if you paid attention.
Of course, it's completely up to you

and i am a dude...

the person to thank is cjdevito....

other magic restoration plugins exist, but cj's is a simple spell, and unlike the other plugins, its simple to use and you can make your own items....simple, clean and elegant...
