I have now decided that i want to make my cleric into a Fighter, using Gate Keeper. Now i wonder if it is easy enough jsut to change Class to fighter, or if i have to change all the base Thac0 and base attacks per round stuff.
If someone could write down all the things i should change then i would be grateful.
THX!
Don't!!!
Don't make that radical changes to you're character.
And If you do so, i would set my lvl and experience to 1,
then change,
and then give him the amount of experience you had.
.
O and don't forget that a fighter get's more HP
I'm not saying Swordcoast keeper is bugridden, but it's better to start over or get used to your cleric.
I once changed class as Stilgar suggested, but some things do go wrong, because of all the differences between classes that you don't take notice of. (i.e. the hitpoints)
"We fight dogs and we chase cats..." Chorus: "...ain't no trap can stop the rats!"
"Got no plague and got no fleas..." Chorus: "...we drink poison, we steal cheese!"
"Mess with us and you will see..." Chorus: "...we'll put poison in your tea"
"Here we fight and here we'll stay..." Chorus: "...WE WILL NEVER GO AWAY!" From: "the Amazing Maurice and his educated rodents"
IIRC, Gatekeeper crashes your saved game - it's not as stable as Shadow Keeper. SwordCoast Keeper is a little more stable and enhanced, although I can't vouch for its complete safety.
To play it safe, I would make two saves, one to try and the other to go back if something goes wrong.
Or if you are not too far into the game, hehe, play it through again.
Well i had done alot of Wilderness areas and were heading for the mines, so about 5 h of good playing, and alot of good items... Well well... i was getting rather tiered of clerics anyhow, and now making a fighter clerics seems dull... maybe a thief.. =) Thx for the replies.
