The guide says I have to use some holy water from Suldanesselar in order to clease those pools of blood.
Well, I don't even have Suldanesselar on my world map. Someone help please!

You're not yet at the point where you have to do that.

Once you're into chapter 6, you return there - and then you'll have the Elven City on your map, and the holy water.

Until you're at that point, don't worry yet about it.
