Is there a possibility to enter the Pimlico Estate in the Temple District? I only played as a fighter, so I don't know if it is a quest-house for a paladin or something?

And then there is the thing with a bottle called: Festule the Alchemist's Potion. Is it for any use at all?

I don't know about the bottle, but on Pimlico's house it is a part of Korgan's quest that he requests when he joins your party.

Ahhh thx. I threw Korgan out of my party after completing the Book quest (and I left him for good

that means, I dropped his dead body in the copper coronet, heh) that's why I never got it.
