Just curious...in TOB when Aerie told you she was pregnant - despite what role you where playing, what was your personal reaction?
For me it was 'YIKES!!'. All I could think was 'how can I get out of this?' I know it sounds terrible, but it WAS my first reaction. Actually, the only thing that kept me going with it was that I was playing a Paladin, so you know he's got to do the honorable thing. I just found it interesting how attached I really was to this little computer generated character.
My reaction was a chuckle, and a "Momentarily good attempt at simulation."
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
Oh yes, I didn't *know* the relationship had developed to such an extent.
Honestly, I was surprised to hear that from her. Even more surprised was I when I actually searched for and found Aerie's baby in Shadow Keeper! She would give birth at some point; nice touch from the developers, they have thought of everything.
My first reaction was, "No way!" I nearly jumped out of my seat. I was playing a female character at the time, and I wasn't really paying much attention to the romance; I just thought the romance with Aerie would be more fun than the romance with Anomen. And I guess it was.

My first reaction was something like "Damn, hope that doesn't mean she won't be able to fight." Of course, it turns out she could die and it wouldn't matter.
My reaction was more like "errrrr.... when did that happen? It's been just a few days since we... ahem..."
And I couldn't decide which reply to pick, the "I don't know what to say" (which, in an RP way, I didn't) or "That's wonderful" (which would be the considerate and "right" thing to do).
