cannot put things

I either cannot or don't know how to put Gulgash's heart into the brazier at Wanev's place and same problem with putting the crystal egg into the chest at mutamin's challenge. I have tried picking up the item out of my inventory and dropping it where it needs to be, but I am only able to drop it everwhere except where it is suppose to be. Can anybody please help me with this problem.

you have to click on the brazier as if it was a chest and then put the heart into it..... I think it's the same for the crystal egg but I'm not sure as I didn't get that far yet

Thank You for your reply, but I have tried that. Specifically I left click on the Brazier which highlights it and opens up my inventory, I then then left click on the heart which picks it up in my hand, and then I hold it over the brazier and left click there in an attempt to put it there, but nothing happens, it just stays in my inventory. So I am trying to determine if this is a glitch or if I am overlooking the proper procedure for putting an object into something else. I am able to drop objects but not into other objects. If this is a glitch, I was wondering if anybody knows of a patch that might fix this problem.

Do you mean you held the heart over the actual brazier on the main game window, or the upper part of the inventory screen - with the brazier picture on the right?

If your doing what I think you are doing, you have to left click on the brazier without holding the heart..... then when the brazier opens(like a chest) you have to place the heart inside it and then close the brazier...... if this does not work you need to go to bioware and report it as a bug(after making sure you have the latest patch)

Basically, it's exactly like when you loot chests.

You have to click on the brazier without holding anything, and its contents will appear in the top half of your inventory. Now, drop your heart into the inventory of the brazier, then close the brazier.
