Joulov + exp cap, questions

1. I have a polish language version of BGII. Is it possible to download some file which will remove the experience cap?

2. I have regular BGII and don't have that "Joulov or something" with the +5 sling to buy in. Is it possible to download a file with Joulov to a Polish version of BGII?

1. i'm pretty sure there are some patches that extend the cap.
also, installing tob will set the cap to 8m

2. google for baldurs gate 2 bonus merchants , that should give you some results.
