custom armor

the smith in mournhold told me he would make me custom armor if i brought admantium or ebony to him. i came in with 150lbs of admantim or and some ebony, he wont buy the ore nor will he use my ebony. he also says he has given me a list of requirements and prices for his work. my journal says he told me but i cant find his price ist. how do i get him to make my armor,i dont want to carry that wt betweenme and my merc. also the kings guard told me to tell ahren about my house hualla connections. where is this person. thanks in advance.

He was supposed to stick a price list in your inventory - he did in mine. The prices are quite steep - in addition to the money, you need to have enough pieces of adamantium, ebony, or glass - not worth it, IMO. I never bought any armor since I'd already found complete sets of both ebony and glass armor.
