I did not assist Jan the first time I ran into him. Now I cannot find him...where is he now?....Please help ...I would like to have him in my party for a bit. Thanks. Great site!!!!!

u got stuck with Jan at Goverment dictrict, well i help a Shadow thief from a Vampire near him, then after that he refuse to speak to me. Is it because i reject him when he try to sell something at first ?
