What is a overflow loot bag

i dropped all my loot and the overflow loot bag apeared

Click on it, your loot should be in the bag. It is a defalt that the game has that comes in to play when you have a huge amount of loot to drop. You can get all of your loot out, and you can put loot into it, but the bag does not disappear even when empty.

I play the x-box version, so if you are play8ing the PC version, you can probably console the bag out of the game once it is empty
