I was wondering, has anyone ever tried using Koveras' Ring of Protection and Sarevok's Sword of Chaos at the same time? Or giving them both to Sarevok?
Thanks

I usually get rid of that ring in BG1 so I have never had it transfer to BG2. I prefer the Helm of Balduran which supersedes it, because the helm stacks with magic armor and other protections.
Is there something particular you are trying to achieve, or are you just role-playing?

Resistance to Tyrants is Service to God.
I guess you consider it role-playing. I like having a char who uses Sarevok's stuff, but... There have been a whole lot of hidden things in the game by combining stuff, it might be possible that when they're used together on you they would do something, or on Sarevok, they might give him his old image or something. I've tried giving him just his old sword, but that didn't do anything, and just a few days ago I found out you could drag that ring into BG2. Why though? It's just an ordinary ring of protection which you can easily find something better than in the game. But why have the ring when you could have the HoB? The helms a much better item. I just thought there might be more to this picture than meets the eye. So I'm going to try unless somebody knows it doesn't work.

Well, you could also create a little Sarevok just for yourself.
Some programmes (Shadowkeeper, Infinity Engine Explorer) allow you to alter a character or item.
If you really want Sarevok action; look at the stats of his weapon, armor etc. in BG1, and re-create his items with the same stats for SOA or TOB.
