At the end of the island whit the werewolfs (expansion set), I have a bug. When I would speak the headwoman at the place where the ship lays (and she change in a werewolf). There are lots of here and there will stay come-ing clones of here. After a short time she stands there 30 times. By myself likes that not normal. And I can't get to the boat to walk around here. The passage is block by here clones.
Who can help me? Have someone had it also? Is there a patch for?

Mmmm, haven't heard of it before, nor have I had it myself.
There is a patch for the game, but IIRC this isn't mentioned as a bug to fix.
Try loading an autosave or quiksave and try again.
If the same thing happens, make a backup of your savegames (just to be sure) and re-install the game.
After installing put your saves back in the proper dir.
I think it's one of those once in a lifetime things, life's full of them.

Something similar happened to me in Durlag's Tower. I patched it, then loaded a previous save.

The werewolf island quests were quite buggy for me, even with the patch.
Assuming you have the patch, please look at your version. If the last 4 digits *doesn't* say #5512, or maybe #5521(with DX8 patch), then u don't have the ToSC patch#5512.
The bugs you're discribing sound alot like the 'global variable' bug that the ToSC patch#5512 is meant to fix.
If you don't have patch, you can get it from
Interplay.
