Evil parties/characters

Post by EternalKnight »

Ok, a few questions. I want the ultimate evil party and character. I was thinking a Fighter of some sort, because I wanted a Paladin but I don't think they can be evil. Some sort of black colored armor, and the evil sword from Hell. Where can I get black armor that's cool looking?

As for my party, Viconia, Korgan, Edwin, and I need a Thief that won't betray me, so need in put there too.

As for morals, I'd hate to lose my party of Minsc and Jahiera for role playing purposes, but I guess that's my only choice. And of coarse there's Imoen, who I have to save for the game. This is hard, I need input on this.

How about a party similiar to mine...I use Korgan, Edwin, Jan (for thieving and abilities),Vironica and my main a Gnome fighter/illusionist wearing human flesh +5.

I will pick up Sarevok when i get to the TOB expansion.

I just got my first High level ability, in the underdark, because I played most of the game with just Korgan, Jan, Edwin, and my main. (started a new SOA game with TOB installed to take advantage of new experiance tables)

With three rings of healing (1 gaxx, 2 regeneration) I didnt really need Vironica.

Ok, one big problem though. Won't I miss a great deal of the quests if I'm evil? And consequently I won't level up? I'm still going to do it of coarse, don't think I'm trying to talk myself out of it, but I'm still curious as to how I can be evil and accomplish quests and at the same time role play (to a certain extent).

Depends, evil people can still do good qusets if they want to, I did most of them with my group, you just have to have a different perspective...

My group did the good quests to raise money to make them stronger by buying more powerful items, with the end goal being to grow in power and take over Amn...If they had to help some good people along the way they did, cause it furthered their own cause.

Take it from the expert of evil parties, man. All you really need is a Swashbuckler for a PC, Korgan, Viconia, and Edwin, and you can be as evil as you want and they'll love ya for it. be sure to pick up Sarevok in TOB (you'll definetly need the extra muscle). And plus you should summon either Jan or Haer'Dalis from your Abyssal Fortress, too.
I saved Suldanesellar from destruction, and all I got was this stupid amulet.

Playing an evil party is definitely the best. Take it from me. i justify doing the quests by killing the dotards after I am rewarded and get the xp.

Trademeet, Umar hills, Government District, Temple District, slums, Docks... all empty

One last problem, maybe dumb but I'm the role playing type of guy. How can I leave Jaheira and Minsc? Aren't they important, almost family? And of coarse Imoen. If I'm evil, why should I save her and from a role playing standpoint how can I just leave her? Need new perspective on this.

If you're Evil, you probably wouldn't care, right?

Don't ya wanna know what nasty powers this Irenicus fellow is going to awaken in Bhaalspawn?
