Level 4/5 mage spells?

I have played through the game a couple of times but it is my first time as a mage. I want to get all the spells in the game and im wondering if you guys can help me. One spell i cant find anywhere is Polymorph other - anyone know where that one is. Also i havnt tried Durlags tower where im sure most lvl 5 spells will be - can anyone tell me exactly where the lvl 5 spells can be found?

aren't spells scrolls alot random loot?

Tried Sorcerous Sundries?

(although I used SK as I didn't want to use Cloudkill all the time or Cone of Cold)

IIRC There is a wand to be bought in either HH or SS....... it mimics that polymorph spell....

I don't think you can buy that wand. The only place I know of to get it is
