IWD2 portraits to BG2?

Is it possible to import IWD2 portraits to my BG2 game? I have both games and I couldnt seem to find the portraits in IWD2 to be imported to BG2, thanks! :)

I believe some portrait sites for BG2 have the IWD(II) portraits resized and ready to download
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.
