Watcher's keep lvl 2

Currently stuck in the Keep. I cleared the air room and I assume the fan is set on high since it knocks me back and down occasionally. Problem I have now is that I can only open one door that leads to the poison room, the SW door. I killed everything in the poison room but can't seem to clear it because the slimes keep respawning and the poison is staying in the room. Also I can't open any of the other doors so what am I missing?

I found the key that opens the door to the poison room and used it already. I found the parchments describing how to beat the rooms.

I think the giant snake has a scepter that can be used to open the door to the ice room

You will find some creatures there who you prolly have to beat but nothing seems to work on them it always says weapon inavective or mag res if someone could help me out there would be greatly apreciated
