Who's you favourite NPC?

Post by Erithiak »

Im really bored...So...picketh away!

I like Haer Dalis. Bards = music. Music = hooray. Plus the offensive/defensive spins are very useful in battles. Bard's can steal from some shops (You may need potions of theviery) and they get mage spells. He's the perfect-all round back up fighter, mage and theif (When you don't want to spend you're theif points of pickpocket) High lore too!

I like Valygar. Stalkers = backstab. Backstab = hooray. :D He's a real nice fighter/scout, and he's funny when with Mazzy :)

I really like Jan, for his hilarious stories and lines. :D

I like Keldorn, too, for his personality.

If we're talking NPC's that come with the game it would have to be Minsc (and Boo of course ;) ) Always has some kind of funny dialogue, but willing to stay with you 'till the end no matter what the odds are.

If it includes NPC's that have been created by others, I had lots of fun playing with Valen. She sticks to her alignment all the way, caotic evil! Not the type of character I normally have, but lots of fun all the same.

Jan and Minsc for their dialoge.
Valygar, don't know why, like his class (not his person)
Aery is alot of fun, but mostly because of here class.

And Valan was realy fun to have for rollplaying.

I think Yoshimo has one of the most interesting personalities of all NPCs, with some very interesting dialogues, + I really like Bounty Hunters ;)
Imoen and Sarevok are very cool, too ;)

The only NPC I really dislike is Nalia, I don't why but I hate her :D
And I guess I'm one of the few who think Cernd and Anomen are good NPCs
:)

Maybe you dislike her because she's too self rightieous. she also has one of the worst battle cries i've ever heard "For the needy!!!." She's also ugly.

any way my personal favorite is Sarevok. He's got a cool voice cool persona and that wild damage he does someitmes. :D

Damn straight. My boy Sarevok rocks the house. He got a complex psyche in addition to some kick ass stats and abilities. :D
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Well...

All of them, pretty much. Well, except Korgan, who bugs me.
I have given up all lesser evils as inadequate to my purpose.

Duuude! Are you kidding me?
He's the coolest evil character in the game (I don't have ToB...)
He's bloodthirsty, cusses, makes fun of people (he threatens to rape Lady D'arnise!)
Me axe be bloody already!

LOL....I remember those threads, when we were wildly guessing about what would happen in Throne of Bhaal. (It was before it was released.) :D

In ToB? Definitely Sarevok.

Minsc. Best NPC Strength, funniest dialogue, and Boo too! I love letting him talk to the pirate captain. Where's your parrot?

Now that I have the item upgrade mod installed, Valygar & Keldorn. That mod makes their personal items much better, and I love playing mage killers.

Imoen since she pretty much sticks with your PC through everything whether saint or sinner.

Great NPC to have is Edwin. Especially when his quest backfires LOL. :D

Best love interest is Jaheira. A bit of Mrs Robinson complex though when going through it. :p

Can't wait for jcompton and company's Nalia romance mod though. Sick of having only cleric types for romance options (then again there is Tashia and Kelsey now besides the original mod by Arnel which regrettably is only for SoA).
