I met this guy in Maren Ancestral Tomb, not far from Molag Mar. I entered a large room, and that bit.. guy..Attacked me.. So when i Killed him, it said that he was like, an important character or something..:/ u know what I mean..?
Anyway.. why did I get that, for what quest do I need him? what the hell..HE attacked ME! Soo...I can't kill him..? *sob*
It's a bug. Crazy Batou is flagged as integral in the editor (it's simply a check box) and he shouldn't be. Killing him has absolutely no effect on anything whatsoever.
