Hi I am playing tribunal. I am being attacked by a hlaa manor guard even though I have no price on my head, my reputation is 3 and I have not attacked him. If anybody can give me a cheat or something to get rid of him cause he is in the way of me getting to important quests I need to do to complete certain quets.
Which manor? And does anybody else attack you in that area?

I was outside the mages guild in balmora. I had to put godmode on to get rid of him and after getting rid of him 2 other guards attacked me but before only he was attaking me.
