Problem with Ring of Gaxx?::spoliers::

Ive recently recovered the fabled ring but there is an odd quirk to it. The improved haste ability of the ring only lasts 2 rounds. The spell itself is supposed to last 3 rounds plus one round per level. Is this a bug with me or does everyone's ring of gaxx only last 2 rounds?

My Ring of Gaxx haste is very short lived too. Dang! I want my money back!

It isn't a bug the Ring of Gaxx Improved Haste is meant to only last 2 rounds.
