Can't get to Cloakwood

I must of played through the game about 10 times before now. After waiting about a year I am at it again, however, I seem to be stuck and I am afraid it is a bug. I have the BG/TotSC pack (Original Saga) and I have done everything there is to do before going to Cloakwood... but it won't appear on my map and I don't know what to do. I also talked with Officer Vai after I was done with the Bandit Camp but she just kept telling me "I hope your travels have blah blah blah" and doesn't say she is going back to BG like she is supposed to... any ideas on what could be wrong?

Are you sure you have taken the documents in the chest in Bandit Camp?

I can't believe it, but that is what I missed... wow I guess if you play long enough you will start thinking you have done things you haven't

No problem. You may even have tried to take them but had a full inventory... So what are you waiting for, you're supposed to be halfways to the Mines by now!
