Black Ilse on windows xp

I am thinking about upgrading my computer to windows xp on a new cpu. Has anbody had any bad signs about compatablilty with windows xp running any of the black isle, D & D type games? I am currantly running with windows 98 and can complete both icewind dales and planescape and baldur's gate.

I have installed IWD, BG2, IWD2 PS:T on XP without any problem at all, haven't tried BG yet though.

At worst you will have to change the compatibility mode, I can explain that if necessary.

Just to add to Sleep's comments, I am running BG on XP now, and it's working fine. The most I have ever had to do was DL the official patches in some cases.
