Horn of Valhala - where to get it?

Where is exactly this Horn of Valhala in Bridge District - I can't find it and as an Archer I would like to have it?

Maybe one of you have a map with marked this place. I read that it is somewhere in south west corner

I think it's more north. Sort of north of that big house in the middle of the bridge.

There's a man selling fish in front of the house.
