I started the unseeing eye quest, but told Keldorn I didn't want him to join. I've done a lot of other quests and am now back to the unseeing eye quest and have decided I'd like him in the party, doh. But I can't find him.
He should be in the Hall of the Radiant Heart, which is in the lower left of the temple district.
