Missing File

I went to install IWD2, but it seems my second cd was scratched where a single file was. I live outside the US (or any major country) and cannot afford to send these in for replacement, so I am stuck without the file unless one of you can help me. The file is ANMuni1.bif and it is on CD2 under the data folder. It is a fairly large file (nearly 26MB), so email would not work. If any of you have an ftp or any place I can get this single file from I would be tremendously greatful. All help is appreciated.

Never mind. I resurfaced the CD with my friends thing and it works now.
