When I try to install the latest patch to prevent NPC from "being busy" (it makes me crazy!!!) I get a message that says that I don´t need to install the patch because I have ToB installled. Then installation is cancelled. The problem is that NPC´s still "are busy".
I guess I should have installed the patch before installing ToB...
How do I get by this problem?

Well, the "Person X cannot is busy and cannot initiate dialogue" is a fairly common Baldur's Gate 2 bug IIRC. I had it too, and no patch seemed to work. I just copied my save games (to be sure they were safe) and reinstalled the game. Try that, and I think you'll be fine.

@Link, it depends on your system. XPs typically receive this message, and there's a specific patch for that, as well. Check Bioware's site for it.
