I'll just list them (I have xbox version if that makes a difference):
1) I just got the blinding boots of speed, but I would love to be able to see. Is there any way to enchant/find a pair of boots with the 200 speed but without blindness?
2) What is the maximum for your stats if they are not boosted?
3) Same question but for skills.
4) Where is the longsword master trainer? I read he's in Molag Mar (or whatever), but I can't find him.
5) Where can I buy the conjur ancestral guardian spell?
6) Where can I find a prod (for traps) early in the game?
7) What are the things with red magic swirling around them? I found two at Telasero, but they say I'm missing something and I have no idea what they do anyways (although I guessed teleporters).

I'll answer the questions that I can:
1) To the best of my knowledge, no. Not 200, I normally play a Breton so get 50% Magika resistance and using those boots I still can see, I think Night Eye allows you to see (spell) also.
2) 100
3) 100
4) Molag Mar- the Armigers Stronhold
5) not sure
6) I typically find them in caves on thieves that I kill.
7) More specific maybe?

1) Is it possible then to enchant a piece of equipment with a constant effect night eye then? And where can I get that spell?
4) I can't find the Armiger's stronghold. Maybe I'm just blind, but where is it?
7) If you get to Telasero (between Molag Mar and Balmora if you follow the signs...I think), you'll see what I'm talking about. It's kind of tough to explain what they are cause I don't know what they are. They just had swirling red magic, they were large, and there were two right beside each other.

1) Night eye didn't work, but I found a sweet bug that allows me to use them . After finding that night eye didn't work, I tried resist magicka. I made a 50% resist spell for 5 sec. Then I put on the boots, went blind, and cast the spell. It did nothing. So I decided to try again. I took off the boots, cast the spell, and put them back on. It worked this time. I was thinking I could now enchant an item with 50% resistance and I'd be able to use the boots. So I started running around waiting for the spell to wear off, but it never did. Apparently, resist magicka only picks up and resists things that happened after you cast the spell, which makes sense, but it also seems that the spell doesn't wear off as long as it's in use! With this in mind, I created a 100% resist spell that lasts for 2 secs. Now I cast, throw on the boots, and I'm fine until I take them off. Now the question is does this effect staying on make me resist other magicka 100% (cause that's too cheap), or does it only last on the boots? If I find out I'll let you know.
4) The Armigers Stronghold is located through one of the doors in the waistworks.
7) You're talking about the propylons in the Propylon Chambers - yes, they teleport you to another Propylon Chamber, but you need the appropriate index. These indices are scattered around Morrowind - one is sold at the Temple in Maar Gan. You can download the Master Index plug-in from Bethesda's site - definitely worth your while.
