Creeper Issue

Post by Retsudo »

Hi, Can anyone help me solve this little problem?
I make money by making potions, but it is annoying to rest for 24hrs just to wait for the Creeper's gold to regenerate. So I was wondering if there was anyway where i can sell a larger bundle of my potions at once without having to wait for 24hrs(game time) all the time?
Thnx

If you have Tribunal you could try Mournhold. I don't think Mudcrab buys potions but you might want to check him out as he has 10,000 gold per rest period. He's far more restrictive in what he'll buy though - mostly armor and weapons but he may buy booze and potions as well. If you don't want to rest you could trade the excess value of the potions for something in his inventory like soul gems. Just drop them on the floor and you can sell them next time. I know you can make some decent coin with making and selling potions but there are more expedient ways to raise cash, like soul trapping netch and lesser deadra and selling the loaded gems instead. I always end up with far more greater soul gems (the purple ones) than I have any use for. Don't you find the whole alchemy/potion making thing to be extremely boring? Do you have your alchemy shop upstairs from Creeper?

I recommend installing one of the rich merchant mods. I like Zed.... 1000000 coins, buys anything (but at a regular, not full value price), stands outside the Mage's guild in Balmora.

Rather then pump the in-game exploits like the creeper and the mudcrab, I'd rather have -one- rich merchant and avoid the exploits.

Go to http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/mods/mods_sql.asp

There are at least 2 mods that will increase Creeper's money supply. I prefer Creeper More Money, as it gives him 50,000gp (the other gives him 500,00 and I feel is unbalancing).
