Has anyone used the Foundation +1?

Is there anyone who has used the Foundation Light Flail?
It says Knock DC 14. Is it Knock as in Open Locks or Knock as in Knockdown?

must be knockdown else there wouldnt be a DC. never found it, and i dont use flails

I just looked in the toolset and it's the spell Knock, but I'm baffled why there would be a DC.

Well, the DC migt just be there to show that you have to hit an opponent with the weapon for it to work. I don't know.
Hmm, I guess I have to create a suitable caracter and find out. A curious hafling parhaps?

I've been using this flail on and off as my blunt weapon (upgraded to +4), and it's never knocked anyone down that I remember. I haven't tried to use it to open a door. I'll try that and see what happens.
