If my wizard slayer is dual to another class, will I still be able to cause other enemy mages' spell casting to fail, after I reach one level higher in my new class than my wizard slayer's class?
Thanks for replying.

I don't see why not. As long as you advance past the WS class with whatever you dual to, you should be able to use all abilities of your former class. You won't be able to advance those abilities any higher, but you sjould get back what you have when you dual.

Thanks. It helps me a lot on my decision making.
One further question:
if I make my wizard slayer dual to a mage, will my newly-learned spells also cause other enemy mages to fail their spell castings?
Ex. 1 casting of "magic missle" gives 5 missles, so it will give the mage being hit a 5 X 10% = 50% chance of spell casting failure.
Will that be the case? Just wondering...

I soloed a WS dualed to Mage at level 9.
When you get level 12 as a Mage this guy will be a monster. Try Improved Haste with the Tuigan Bow, this means 8 attacks per round. 80% spell casting failure and this goes through Stoneskin.
Another good weapon combo is dual wielding Belm and Usunos Blade and GM with Scimitars -> 7 attacks per round with Improved Haste.
Here are some expieriences from Two:

Nice! Thanks, guys.
The Improved Haste + Tuigan Bow WS/mage combo sounds awesome, so do the dual wield scimitar. The suggestion about dual wielding axes in the other thread is cool, too.
Actually what I have in mind is dual to a thief, so I can go backstab and also cause spell failure on other mages, before they even start casting spells. One other thing I'm thinking about is placing traps so they also cause spell failure. Imagine: lay down some traps where the lich will spawn, and then, hehe, watch him fail his spell casting.
"Bitta, mortis...uh, uh, .....my spell casting is interrupted. Allia, balo...uh, uh..."
Just not sure if traps will do the trick, although I think they are "physical attacks".
Happy gameing

Unfortunately Traps (or any other ability or spell) do not cause spell failure. There is some cheese with spell's like Melf's Minute Meteors, but I want get into that. It is designed to only be used with weapons.
The WS/Theif is an awesome charater. If you have TOB, he is even better. The longsword 'the answerer' is awesome for a Wizard Slayer, and it can backstab too. Of course the theif's #1 high level ability negates all the negative effects of playing a Wizard Slayer in the first place.
One of my cheesiest characters was a multi-class WS/M/T. Spell disruption, backstab, & spells, Oh my! Not to mention the high magic resistance.
