fighters guild quest question (spoilers)

OK I am doing one of the fighters guild quest from Sadrith Mora. I am on the quest for Rels Tenim. I found the hide out and have searched every inch of it and nothing. I read the note on the barrel 3 or 4 times looking for clues and saw nothing. Anyone have a suggetion on what to do?

The note contains a clue. You need to levitate up into the overhead area to a hidden level where Rels and his henchmen are at. Clear out the lower level and the tomb first, get the good loot and the ring from the witch, and then backtrack and find an area with a somewhat open ceiling area that you can levitate up to. About four or five bad guys to kill up there including Rels.

I did see an open area in the top of part of the cave but levitateing never even crossed my mind. Thanks for info.

Just to let you know: you need to get some levitating skills, potions or magical items for your future quests because there are several of them that require you to levitate in order to find someone or something.
