Does anyone know where the rich mud crab in morrowind is? I thikn he has 10 000 gold or so

I just forgot I was looking for him and I was playing with combined effect destruction spells. The second time he got in the way

I tend to keep crab frozen. For later use.

I actually found him yet.

I finished Urshiraku camp quest three times, but haven't moved on from there each time. And I lost the track which of many quests from different guilds I need to do next...

I might need to restart yet again.
