yet another stupid Jaheira Romance question

this is the last one, I promise!
I can't get Terminsel/Elminster to show up with the Harper Pin. I've got ToB and the patch installed, it's been more than 5 game days since Jaheira propositioned me, so I'm wondering what I need to do. I've got a rep of 20. Lovetalk is at 70. Romance is at 2. What do I do?

Oh, and as a side note, what does the Harper Pin actually do?

I'm not certain about everyone else, but when I romanced Jaheira, Elminster didn't show up until I exited the Underdark. Maybe mine was a fluke, but he arrived in the same encounter I had with Drizzt and his companions.

Just out of curiosity, where'd you pull those numbers from?

I used the CLUA commands for them.
CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("JaheiraRomanceActive","GLOBAL")
CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("LoveTalk","Locals") with the cursor over Jaheira's portrait

Oh well, I'll keep a save here but I'm going to go to Suldanessellar. I'm not waiting for that Elminster any more.

it gives you:
+5 on Save vs. Spells
Non-Detection
Immunity to Magic Missle
%100 resistance to Electricity

somewhat useful when taking on Abazigal in ToB - but the big downside is that most characters can't use it. It doesn't say in its description, but it's either usable only by True Neutral characters or only usable by Harpers ie: Jaheira.

Still, in absense of other awesome amulets it's not that bad
