How to dispel hold?

Hi!

I am currently fighting some beholders and they always cast hold on me, and I can't seem to figure out which spell to use for dispelling the effects... Dispel magic doesn't work...

Newb question, sorry :D

'Remove curse' ought to do it. Are you really sure 'dispel magic' doesn't work though? That's odd, I would've thought it would work... :confused:

The priest spell 'remove paralysis' might work as well, I'm not real familiar with beholder spells since I always buy Balduran's shield right before I face them. :D
"Game Balance" is getting all players to complain equally.

Try the Priest spell Free Action.
