help on lord's mail quest and hlaalu question

k for the lords mail quest

i found out fracuilus(or what ever that guys name is)is a suspect in taking the lord's mail.i asked ppl in the imperial commision about him and they told me he always had a chip on his shoulder and used the southwest room.

what do they mean chip on his shoulder? i dont get that.
i did find a worn imperial key in the bedroom he used, but i dont know where it goes to. i could use some help here.

now about the hlaalu question:
im now grandmaster of house hlaalu.its great and all with my own stronghold and stuff, but cant i give out business to anyone?

Have you not heard the term in conversation (if you don't live in Canada or US you may not)? It means holding a grudge. So, he was holding a grudge against someone or the Legion, and took it out on them by stealing the sword and cuirass.

actually, i am top dog of hlaalu as of 10 hrs from now, im grandmaster, after doin a couple quests for the duke. the hlaalu members, when i tlak bout business, they always respond" yes? do u want me to do business?"i jus wanna know if u can, u know send someone to do errands or somethin.

Try it and see what happens. I know of no official quests.

Lord's Mail - spoiler!

There is a secret door in the Imperial Shrine room. Can't see it, but when your cursor is over it, your screen says locked door. I believe it is a level 95 lock
