Viconia and Elven PC Romance?

I have heard that this is an impossible set up. That Full elves cannot enter into a romance with Viconia. If I am wrong, could you please tell me why she continually does not start any dialog with the PC?

Anyways I was wondering if there was a cheat, or anyway that I could get around it because I would really like doing her romance, and don't want to start another character up.

No, Viconia will not romance a Full Elf.

I don't know if there's some mod you can download to alter this - there probably is and hopefully someone will know.

But the basic fact of the matter is that Drow and Elves hate each other so that's why the romance won't develop under normal circumstances.

Yeah, you can get it at Baldurdash (download the all race romance patch).
