BUG BUG stop bugging me plz ?

i'm experiencing some problms with my bg2 game ; here it is i guess...-
*********why does it say -**********
"can not innitiat dialouge, (person) appears busy" -
when i try speaking to some of the characters in amn? this bug is really bugging me, PLZ MAKE IT STOP !

And one other thing, the lady that(usually) stands on top of the stairs in adventurers mart is not there why?
WITHOUT HER I CAN'T GET ROBE OF VECNA FOR MY MAGE !! - AND YES I HAVE INSTALLED ToB XPANSION , and that didn't help much.. she still isn't there..

AND SHE HAS ALL THE COOL ITEMS FOR SALE TOO

giv me some tips please

You need the latest ToB patch to sort out the dialogue bug.

To get the extra merchants, you either need to install them via the extra disk included with the collectors edition and pre-ordered edition, or you need to download them. You can download them from GameBanshee, convieniently located under the 'downloads' section.

Hmmm. I am not so sure. The extra merchant is found on her post once you have installed ToB and ToB official patch.

As Aubrey says, ToB comes with those merchants. If you've installed it, the merchants should be there. Try leaving the region, moving to another area of the city, then returning, to see the code is in place.
