i m doing the imperial cult quests now (i finished all the main quests of the game and expansionpacks but i wonna do ALL quests ;) ) and i have been at rotheran stronghold before (so i slaughtered everyone :p )now some1 gave me the quest to free a woman and get the "ice blade of the monarch" (got it long ago in the game) the problem is, the woman wants a ring (and doesnt say the name) from the wizard of rotheran, but his corpse is gone and i cant finish the quest without it.

is there a possibility to respawn the wizard or does anyone know the name of the ring?
