What do i do to Kill the droids before I fight Malvak in last battle

I am at the end of the game and I come to a point to fight malvak and he runs away like a coward 2 time in game. He unleashes droids that keep getting cloned and I keep killing them there easy. But after an hour and a half enough is enough. Please help me on a way to stob them.

There are around six spawn points, and next to each is a container and a computer terminal. There's usually a computer spike in the container, if not it shouldn't matter because at that point I had around 70 spare spikes. Hack into the computer and either destroy the generators or turn the droids to your side.

Well do I do that before I talk to Malvak? Because If so there is nothing in the container. And every time I access the computer it says that I have connection Failure
